Peace Village, Sai Gon

Went to Tu Du Peace Village to drop off the kids clothes donated to us. Dr Nhi was happy to see us again. We had about 7 kg of clothes for the PV kids. Donations was received with a big "Cam on" ~ "thank you". 
We know Dr Nhi from way back, she moved up the ranks and is currently the head of the PV.

We then talked about some uni student we support via the PV

The PV kids are very well looked after, great nursing and physio team are looking after them and. The kids sometimes have weekend excursions to Vung Tau, the closest beach or do other activities around town. 

To visit the PV one has to apply for a visitors permit four week in advance. We just talk to Nhi ... and Bob is your uncle !!!

After our meeting we went upstairs ... visiting the children. 

Look at Xuan My, our little girl. She remembered us ... and loved the elephant !!!

 It is sooooo good to be back. The kids remember us but not our names ... which is understandable. Xuan My right away smiled the biggest smile one can have ...
