Our kids in poor area in distirict 8

After our visit at Tram and Dung's house (earlier post) we went to Hoan's house to pick up the laptop, then back to ANAN hotel. We got the gifts for the kids in district 8 and off we went in another taxi.

It was a bit tricky, Hoan on her bike and us in the taxi ... at first we were going ok, then different ways and then we met up again ... 




The environment the families live in is not very inviting ... everything seems temporarily ...

 When we arrived the kids came running and hopping on Hoan's bike.

 Everyone wanted to be cool and in the photo with us.

Then Mark handed out the surprises from Company of Grace to the kids. 

 Good job Mark ... now it's time to go and have dinner.

 We just hope the parents stick to the plan and continue to send the children to school !!!
